About PIEmatrix
The PIEmatrix web-service application platform interconnects best-practice standards to reduce project risks.It brings processes to the front line team members and helps them to execute tasks and collaborate around the world while providing management a governance, risk, and compliance solution. We designed the best user interface possible to foster user adoption, and built features to provide both quick-wins and long-term value. Our solution helps get everyone get on the same page, speak the same language, and use the best methods. The outcome is to stimulate excellence across the organization while reducing risk, therefore lowering cost.

Management Team
Paul Dandurand, CEO, Founder
Paul has a strong background in starting and growing companies. His extensive enterprise project management experience comes from Ernst & Young (now Cap Gemini) and Siebel Systems. Prior to starting PIEmatrix, he was co-founder of FocusFrame where he held multiple roles including director and co-president. He created new services and established product process methodologies fostering the company's market differentiation. He also helped build relationships with major partners and started the European practice. FocusFrame was sold to Hexaware in 2006. At PIEmatrix, Paul leads the team by encouraging cutting-edge thinking and delivering customer value. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of California at Berkeley.
Craig Damon, Ph.D., Chief Technology Officer
Craig brings a blend of industrial and academic background to PIEmatrix. He has held a wide variety of technology industry roles over more than two decades. His industrial experience includes founding two of the pioneering object oriented database companies and helping build Progress Software into a public company, where he ran the advanced development group for two years. Craig has taught Computer Science and Software Engineering at both the University of Vermont and Vermont Technical College, where he currently heads the Software Engineering and Information Technology programs. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University.
Matt Moreau, Director of Business Development
Matt is responsible for spearheading efforts to achieve new sales and revenue growth as well as foster business development activities for both direct sales and partner channels. Prior to PIEmatrix, Matt worked in Direct Sales for Towerstream Corporation, the nation's largest fixed wireless internet service provider. Before joining Towerstream, Matt was a partner at Express Wireless, a successful retailer and wholesaler of the T-Mobile and Sprint products lines. During his tenure, he helped transform the company into one of the largest resellers in the New England. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Rhode Island.
